Electric power communication network is private network to serve the all kinds of power system applications,and also the foundation to realize power grid automatic control, information management, and the intelligent power grid.The emergency communications network is the indispensable important means of communication to guarantee the safe and stable operation of power grid. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development and mature of the mobile communication, the TD-LTE gradually become an important way of power emergency communications.The first part is to introduction of the development of power emergency communications and its current use condition. through the analysis of current business requirements and trend of technology development,point out the advantages and significance of the deployment of TD-LTE system for current power emergency system, and analyze the current network architecture of power emergency communication network.and in view of the electric power emergency communication, which key technologies of TD-LTE should be focused on.In the second part of the thesis, the application of the power emergency system under the different scenarios will be studies.and carry out the on-site test. it will play a important guiding significance to actual use, and exert the effect on the disaster relief action, thereby guarantee the safety and stable operation of power grid.Again according to the characteristics of the typical cluster communication scenarios, we introduced several targeted technologies, such as the coverage areas,capacity enhancement, anti-jamming. And studied the wireless network planning for power emergency communication, and system capacity and coverage areas values under the different circumstances.Finally, according to the value by the theory analysis, we do the on-site test about coverage areas under different system configurations and in different scenarios, and the results are analyzed and compared, the suggestions about how to use emergency communication system in different scenarios are given. we predict the prospects of the large-scale popularization and application about power emergence communication system.
