All regions were proceeding the building of regime and production construction.in this circumstance.Ethnic Affairs Committee of Northeast Administrative Commission hold that ethnic news had to get fid of the small-scale and decentralized situation, and try to run a unified and centralized party newspaper which could play a greater role. yanbian daily, democratic daily and united daily have merged into the north korean people’s daily in April 1,1949. The North korean poeple’s daily has disseminated the lines, priciples and policies of Party. And also played a positive role in guiding the practical works and educating the korean people.This paper is comprised of introduction, body and conclusion.chapter one is introduction which illustrates the purposeof research, the significance of research, the research status and the research method.
