With the enhancing trend of economic globalization and rapid pace of information updating,energy is becoming more and more important in our social life. Saving energy becomes the new trend of modern household.Traditional energy motoring and controlling system cannot count and manage every appliance for the energy they cost. Intelligent household energy monitoring and controlling system can monitor the situation of the appliances.Firstly, this paper is a brief introduction of the research background significance of the topic, as well as the basic theory related with the topic.Intelligent household energy monitoring and controlling system based on EM773 is composed of the hardware circuit and configuration software.The hardware circuit used the EM773 as the master chip of energy measurement, the data collected by sensors into the EM733 chip for processing. Then the data is stored, and the data is transmitted to the host computer through the wireless transmission module. The configuration software allows the user to use energy management system, with a intuitive understanding of power consumption of each household electrical appliances.Intelligent household energy monitoring and controlling system based on EM773 can realize real-time query voltage, current, and power such electricity parameters,which has improved the transparency of the electricity metering,make the users have a clear understanding of the energy,and have a reasonable allocation and use of energy.
