The space environment and disturbances not only affect the normal operation of satellite communication systems and navigation systems, but play an important role in the work of manned spaceflight. Forecasting the changes of the space environment has become a prerequisite for the foundation of human conducting space activities. Space environment forecasts need not only global observation data between the equator and the polar region, but also directly detecting data from different regions of space. At the same time, it requires real-time data and historical data.As a source of a vast mass of information, web is an important data source to forecasting space environment. Web sources are significant distributed, heterogeneous, dynamic and open. Firstly, its data collection needs to capture the unstructured data from the specified sites. Secondly, these data need to storage into a unified format data files or directly into the local database after analysing and processing. Finally, these data which has been processed form a unified field data resources.Web space environment data sources are too complex to classify. The way which is coping and pasting manually is time-consuming and reduce the accuracy of the data. Moreover, it will bring poor integrity and weak consistency. Establishing a set of automated operation, collecting operational space environment data gather services system(SEDGSS) will contribute to our research and development of space environment forecasts.Firstly, this thesis discusses the limitations about the traditional web information extraction system applied to the web space environmental data collection. Secondly, a XINPAI-driven web space environment data scraping model based on the Petri Net was proposed. Finally, the thesis designs the architecture of space environment data gather services system and implements it. The main research results of this thesis are classified into three categories:(1) In order to scrap the space environment data which is complex, real-time, accurate and diverse, a XINPAI-driven web space environment data scraping model based on the Petri Net was proposed.(2) In view of the XINPAI-driven web space environment data scraping model based on the Petri Net, space environment data gather services system was applied research by architecture-designing principles of top-down and modular. Simultaneously, data source Configuring subsystem, task controlling subsystem and task processing subsystem were implemented.(3) According to architectural design of the space environment data gather services system, the various subsystems is integrated. Furthermore, a scheduling algorithm of Mixed-priority multi-type space environmental data acquisition task was proposed.
