Bioinformatics is a cross-discipline subject by biology,applied mathematics and computer science.However as a new field of computer applications,data mining has a wide range of applications in bioinformatics.The research on analytical methods of space environment bioinformatics data,which is included in bioinformatics areas,based on the maturity of today's launch of space technology,mainly studies the mechanism of biological effects of the rice seeds the space environment caused.According to the changed data including space environment and the phenotype,proteomics we storc. integrate and manage of biological experiments,we try to find mechanism of the space environment generated and of the proteomic changes using relevant methods such as clustering and association analysis.After reading lots of references,we carry out the following tasks in this paper: Build the rice mutation database system,storing the data of space environmcnt and the phenotype,proteomics of biological experiments.Build a data warehouse to resolve the problems of data inconsistencies, redundancy,noise and other issues for subsequent analysis. A dynamic clustering ensembles algorithm based on voting mechanism is proposed, which automatically determines the numbers of clustering,uses different similarity criteria to run k-means algorithm many times,then the final data partition is obtained by the voting mechanism over the association matrix that the results are mapped to.The algorithm requires low knowledge of the area and dependence parameters. Improve and optimize the classical Apriori algorithm,because of large dimensions and sizes of bioinformatics data,which can reduce the times of scanning database and the size of the candidate itemsets in order to improve the algorithm efficiency.
