ECG signal ECG signal is mainly used in the detection of heart disease, with heart disease incidence increased year by year, the big data era, has become a hot research at home and abroad ECG signal compression result. ECG signal compression is the most basic idea is first to remove redundant information of ECG signal in the time domain, and then to go through the ECG redundancy and signal quantization after encoding. Based on the distortion degree and efficiency between equilibrium considerations, this thesis has proposed the complete coding algorithm, wavelet sub interval maximum coding algorithm and the adjacent cardiac wavelet coefficients prediction error coding algorithm. Adjacent cardiac wavelet coefficients prediction error coding algorithm is this paper focuses on the algorithm, the ultimate goal of this algorithm is the first only to the first paragraph redundancy and after quantized 1024 sample points with arithmetic coder for coding, then from the second paragraph 1024 sample points, the use of previously known segment of 1024 samples to be predicted coding section of 1024 sample points, finally only the prediction error using an arithmetic encoder to encode.This paper first introduced the present domestic and foreign research situation of ECG signal compression; and then introduced the wavelet transform in the detection of R wave peak position and to the application of ECG signal redundancy, and puts forward the improved threshold quantizer; and then introduces respectively the adjacent cardiac wavelet coefficient prediction error encoding algorithm in storage the historical data of circular queue, determine the prediction correlation coefficient predicted data points and determine the average code length to predict all predict forecast data points in the best prediction order; finally the prediction error compressed encoding algorithm than the maximum percentage and mean square error and the complete encoding algorithm, wavelet sub interval encoding algorithm are compared with the adjacent cardiac wavelet coefficients, the experimental results show that the error encoding algorithm on the compression effect prediction of cardiac adjacent wavelet coefficients is proposed in this paper There is significant increase.
