In process industry, as stable operation of large-scale production plant is of great importance to enterprise’s production, unit stable rate control system which is built by mathematical statistics and computer technique has been widely used in enterprise production management. However, most of the systems cannot play a significant role to improve production due to the lack of useful statistical result, system isolation and application problems.To address this issue, we proposed a multidimensional stable rate statistical algorithm which can reflect unit stable rate in different dimensions based on the analysis of core purpose of stable rate control system in process industry. Then a unit stable rate control system is designed and implemented according to this algorithm. The system described in this thesis is designed in two sides:one side is theory part that is algorithm design and the other side is implementation of the system which consists of data integration design and core business processing design. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) A statistical algorithm of multidimensional degree of stability is designed to adapt to different application scenarios based on the analysis of stable rate control process.(2) The thesis designed a stable rate data integration platform, implemented the analysis and modeling of stable rate data, and integrated data from a software platform of manufacturing execution system (MES).(3) A core business processing mechanism was proposed and designed based on feedback thought, making stable rate statistics can timely feedback to the production staff, thus effectively improving the production device steady rate.According to above design scheme, we implemented a stable rate control system, applied it to several process manufacturing enterprises and tested its function and performance. The application result indicated that the system can reveal units stable rate situation comprehensively and made use of the statistical result in time which come into being a feedback mechanism. Conclusively, the system can improve stable rate of the units effectually and achieved a significant application value.
