Currently, numerous people hold a view that Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) can rival the Internet which has been so highly-advanced that people can acquire fast and convenient access to various digital information while WSN has drastically enabled people to make remote interactions with the real world. However, there is still a long way to go for WSN to be as professional as the Internet from many perspectives. So complicated is the transmission of communication line that the majority of WSN fail to connect enough sensing nodes; and meanwhile sensor nodes on the market nowadays are not very cheap. Some factors even have a direct bearing on how long WSN will eventually last, for instance, the inconvenience of refueling because these nodes can only get charged by batteries. The complex network has been gaining prevalence in real network, whose topological structure exerts a remarkable influence on the whole network. Given its great value both in researches and in application,WSN has already been heatedly discussed and extensively applied to every fields. This paper mainly studies several key problems in terms of WSN on the basis of complex network theory. In the first place, understand and grasp the content of complex network theory; Secondly, make an analysis of complex network characteristics of WSN in light of the basic model provided by complex network so as to prove those features correct; Finally, conduct a research on some key technology of WSN by adopting the method of complex network theory. Specially, the study contents are as follows:1. Put forward a local-world dynamic evolution model that is close to real WSN, based on energy consumption. This model is studied according to nodes energy consumption of WSN. Testified by simulation analysis, the model is capable of reducing nodes energy consumption as well as regarded as a reference to optimize the whole integrity.2. Based on the "small-world" features of WSN, a new way to establish a WSN topological model is advanced, namely, add some special nodes to the original WSN nodes. As is resulted from simulation, it is possible for the model to raise nodes efficiency of WSN network, which is of marvelous help to prolong WSN life cycle.3. Take advantage of synchronization technology of WSN in complex network theory and confirm the relevant factors with that technology after simulation experiments.
