The construction of a wireless sensor network model is an important issue for thestudy of wireless sensor network (WSN). The complex network theory is an efficienttheoretical tool and has been extensively used in the wireless sensor network model. The information collection, transmission and processing require effectiveorganizational construction of the model as a basic guarantee. The existing models ofwireless sensor network based on complex network theory commonly only considerdegree dynamics with time growth, and rarely combine with nodes local world, loadbalance, energy and other important characteristics. Based on the complex networktheory, this paper study the models of wireless sensor network (WSN). Researchincludes the following aspects:Firstly, related studies on complex networks and wireless sensor networks arereviewed. The relevant researches of a wireless sensor network is summarized, andseveral network models which have a greater influence on the field of complexnetworks are introduced. Then, this article introduces the related characteristics ofcomplex network parameters such as degree distribution, average path length, clustering coefficient, average nearest neighbors connectivity, etc.Secondly, as previously wireless sensor network models without consideringlocal world properties, energy parameters and other issues, this thesis proposes anovel wireless sensor network model with heterogeneous energy and local worldcharacteristics. The model proposed in this section has a scale free degree distributionwith a high clustering coefficient, a small average path length and disassortativeproperties. This thesis also presents the importance of evaluation of network nodes atthe same time, and evaluates the proposed network model. The model has theoreticaland practical significance for further evaluation and optimization of networkperformance. In the end, as some classical complex network models without considering thenode load balancing, this thesis proposes a load balancing wireless sensor networkmodel using local world and energy heterogeneous characteristics. The proposed model has exponential degree distribution with smaller clustering coefficient. At thesame time, the network model also has the properties of assortative characteristic. Thepaper also compares the average degree, the maximum degree, the degree distributionand energy parameters with numerous classical network model at the same time. Theproposed model has an exponential distribution characteristics, but without commonsuper node like the extra network models. The empirical results show that the modelhas theoretical and practical significance for the related design of wireless sensornetwork, which can be used to describe a real wireless sensor network efficiently.
