With the rapid development of information technology, radio communication has penetrated into the various aspects of people’s lives. At the same time, space electromagnetic environment becomes more and more complicated, the normal transmission of ensuring air radio signals is becoming more and more important. Using radio monitoring technology that is an important means of radio frequency spectrum resource management to monitor, identify, direction finding, location and statistical analysis the radio signals of the environment. Software radio technology that the analysis of radio signals can be realized by flexible software programming.provides a new means for radio monitoring. This paper is studied the monitoring and demodulation of the received signal in radio monitoring that based on the software radio technology,and constructed a real time radio monitoring system that based on gnuradio platform with the appropriate hardware device. which can be used to build a complete radio system very quickly and easily.This paper is based on the radio monitoring technology as the main research object, which studied the relevant technology of spectrum monitoring and signal demodulation.The Radio monitoring system platform based on GNURadio+Hackrfone was demonstrated with experiment and analysis.The scan of the FM band spectrum that used C++ language programming FM module, connected each module which combined with the phthon language to presents a sweep frequency diagram through the FFT Sink WX module, And to analyze the effect of the detection results when the step, noise threshold and SNR threshold is different; By using the related modules of GRC interface of GNURadio, the flow chart is set up to realize the WBFM broadcast signal, NBFM signal,SSB signal, and analyze the influence of different gain, tuning bandwidth and frequency offset on the demodulation audio waveform.This system has great flexibility,expansibility, strong portability and a certain real-time performance.
