Now,with the advent of the mobile Internet era and the popularity of mobile devices, people almost every day can not be separated from mobile devices, such as mobile phones, tablet, smart phones, car systems, etc.Also, the commercial mode of online to offline(O2O) is leading the era’s most extensive commercial revolution.O2 O is now fully subvert the life of people’s clothing, food, housing and travel.For example,we can buy clothes by surf the Internet,and then the clothes will be mail to our home.Also when we are hungry,we can search takeaway near us.Shortly you can get your food downstairs.Whenever we go out,there is a car waiting for us,if only we have called taxi in advance.Thus the location based service(LBS) is the essential function of the mobile Internet and O2 O.While,LBS can be divided into outdoor positioning and navigation and indoor positioning and navigation.Currently, almost all phones are equipped with GPS services.For outdoor positioning precision of GPS can reach 10 meters, the precision can meet the basic requirements of the people’s outdoor activities.In addition, because most public places has provided WIFI services, and people’s mobile devices also comes with a WIFI receiver, the research in indoor positioning WIFI has also been a great development.However, due to a lot of obstacles in the room, randomly walking people,complex and changeable environment, the WIFI signal will be affected by the impact of the Rayleigh fading and the human body.WIFI indoor positioning accuracy has been a problem.In addition, the continuous, reliable and stable navigation is also a problem to be studied in the case of outdoor to indoor or indoor to outdoor.First of all, this thesis will introduce some information about the geographic information system and ArcGIS related knowledge, and the use of ArcGIS to build a map service, and Android mobile terminal access to map services.This will provide a visual interface for the experiment.In addition,the WIFI positioning witch based on the signal strength has been widely used for indoor positioning and navigation.This thesis will propose a new fingerprint database, it can improve the WIFI indoor positioning effect obviously.What’s more,This thesis introduces a kind of fusion system which can be used to realize positioning and navigation in indoor and outdoor walking.At present,with the aid of GPS INS can provide stable continuous outdoor positioning andnavigation.In order to maintain the long-term reliability and stability of the system in moving to the interior, WIFI positioning can replace the GPS.And the position information obtained from the INS can provide prior information for the WIFI location.In addition, a step detection method based on Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)proposed in this paper can limit the growth of INS error.Finally, the system is tested and the results show that the system is feasible.
