In recent years, with the increasing scale of the national grid and network structure becoming more complex, the objective environment of distribution network’s security and stability is dramaticly changed:the load of the distribution network is rapidly growing, and regional distribution network interconnection has been formed.Power operation system is undergoing profound changes, factories were seperated with networks,intelligent distribution network was brought in, the construction of the electricity market continue to promote security and stability of the distribution network management and dispatching work which presents new challenges.Gehua power company power management is an effective operation and management system optimization measures, and distributed large distribution network as a centralized power grid a useful supplement, is being increasingly introduced by Gehua power company, The reconstruction of Dehua power company gradually shifted to the direction of building network Power Management System containing distribution network, which is the focus of this study.The thesis analyzes the electricity inspection business, and starts from the current situation of electricity inspection work.It have been refined and reconstructed the business processes and data structures,, combining electrical check on the operational characteristics on the basis of in-depth analysis of an electrical check on the core business.Beside that, for the above processes and data structures,the design of structure, core algorithms and a database of the entire system are conducted with the application of mobile data technology.And considering the actual operation of the problems with the application interface, data security and system failures marketing system recovery and data backup,solutions is proposedOn the basis of application programming tools,electricity inspection system based on mobile data technology has been realized and put into practical application, operating results show that the system achieves unity of an electrical check conversion work space and user space data movement, which has a practical value.
