Geographic Information System(GIS) technology is a hot area of computer technology in recent years to promote the military, transportation, urban planning, energy, telecommunications, environment, agriculture, mapping and a series of changes in the industry, has become an important means of support forest park management. In this paper, the GIS technology and components to solve Fuzhou National Forest Park management.Since the component technology supports flexible, powerful, easy to secondary development characteristics, often combined with GIS technology, called Component GIS. Here the main use VB as software development language.
