Design And Implementation Of The Online Tax Information System

The focus of this thesis is portal website construction, hoping to speed up the construction of online tax bureau, which will cut the number of taxpayers to the tax cost, improving the ratepaying service satisfaction, making the tax procedure simple in return, and ultimately improving the degree of tax compliance. The main contents of the dissertation include:First of all, introducing the overall network topology requirements of the network security system. Which includes two partment: Internet service and business network service area.Secondly, introducing the main practical technical solutions and deployment logic design. The system was implemended by Service Bus and SOA Suite. Internet service area and business network service area information interaction through the Service Bus service bus and Weblogic JMS server. The Bus Service of the Middleware Oracle will constructed the service bus, the processing service bus, JMS Producer and JMS Consumer. JMS Server and JMS Consumer provided by the Weblogic server. Page applications and business applications are implemented by SOA Suite and Weblogic Server. Weblogic Server is responsible for the implementation of the specific business, SOA Suite is responsible for the call between the business package.Finally, treat the financial statements reporting as example, redesign the whole process of tax register, including login online tax halls, declaration of electronic form, online or offline fill in electronic form, submit the electronic form and the logic verification etc.The main theory methods of this thesis intends to include business analysis, literature review, expert consultation, experience etc.. The main technical route of research work to be taken including three layer architecture, the combination of offline and online channels, tax etc..The research result of this thesis is implementation of tax online system, the ultimate goal is to build an efficient platform for online tax service, which provides all kinds of tax services, to facilitate the taxpayers and improve the work efficiency, reducing the tax cost taxpayers.
