In the 21 st century, the wireless sensor network technology is regarded as huge development potential of emerging technologies in China, it plays an important role for the progress of the society and economic development, combined with environmental monitoring, it makes more intelligent to get environmental information.In the collection of environment parameters, such as environmental temperature and humidity at the same time with observation of local landform condition monitoring system for users of the more significant meaning.As a result, this paper designed the environment monitoring system for video wireless sensor network application layer.The software development environment based on Windows platform of the.net framework, the server adpotes Winform architecture.Combined with c# language is not only complete the research area of the soil temperature and humidity environmental information, but also completed the video image acquisition and processing, and then get the data which we are interested in store in database, the client uses the ASP.NET MVC framework and JQUERY EASYUI framework, combined with dynamic HTML language and c# language completed web site development,the concrete work is as follows:(1) This paper realize the monitoring area of video monitoring through the wireless sensor network, and obtain the video image processing analysis in a fixed time, and then estimate the leaf area index of the environmental parameters, this not only solves the inconvenience for the user to obtain leaf area index by using a canopy analyzer in the field, but also solves the problem that remote sensing image method for image cost high, and the system cost low and can run in the wild.(2) This paper not noly solves the problem of inaccurate porosity data that the Miller formula method estimates under the influence of light, terrain, etc, but also can estimating leaf area index with some missing data by single Angle method, the correlation between the experiment of image data and the data that get by LAI- 2000 can reach 0.858.(3) This paper realizes the unmanned intelligent data access and query system, this system realizes the classification of multiple monitoring regional environmental information receiving and storage, and designed the information view permissions, realized the historical environment information and node quantity data query and export function, and graph display, but also realized the dynamic node graph shown on the baidu map, and so on, it provides users with a friendly man-machine interactive web interface.This paper provide the method to get video image of monitoring area in a remote way, and estimate the leaf area index automatically, at present,no one has studied this in the existing literature involves.
