Under the dual promotion of economic globalization and electronic commerce,the logistics industry is rapidly transitioned from traditional logistics to modern logistics. With information technology as the core, strengthen the integration of resources and the whole process of logistics optimization has become the inevitable trend of the development of logistics industry. As an important part in modern logistics and supply chain system, warehousing system plays an important role in the logistics management in realization of information, networking and automation. The efficient operation mechanism of warehouse logistics has been paid more and more attention by logistics industry in recent years.Wireless sensor network(WSN) is a felicitous combination of computer network technology, sensor technology, microelectronic technology and communication technology which belong to modern information technology. WSN achieves a real unity of data sensing, data acquisition and data transmission. WSN can be widely used in different fields, has becomed a new hotspot in recent years. WSN can be effectively used in logistics and warehousing activities. Large number of sensor nodes can be installed in different logistics equipments, they can cooperate to observe and process data, and transmit the information by a self-organized and multi-hop communication mode to the user, which will realize the monitoring of storage environment and information connectivity of the whole storage network. Because of the nodes energy are limited, in order to prolong the lifetime of the network, how to design a better routing protocol is a problem for many scholars.This paper firstly introduces a suitable clustering routing algorithm aim at the environment of the warehousing, which is called optimized CTAGG(The Clustering Topology Algorithn based on Gradient with Gateways) algorithm. The definition of the weight of the algorithm is improved to be better applied to the storage environment. According to the situation of mobile equipments, the maintenance and update strategy of the algorithm is given in order to cope with the network topology changes. CTAGG algorithm is robust, but it is prone to the "energy hole" problem,some of the nodes die prematurely because of the heavy burden which shortened thelifetime of the network.Aiming at the shortage of optimized CTAGG algorithm, this paper proposes a new algorithm based on the gradient of multiple base stations, which is based on the warehousing environment and introduces the strategy of multiple base stations. This algorithm still based on the gradient theory, the network is divided for different gradients, the nodes which have large weights are selected as head nodes in the same gradient and cluster head nodes communicate through gateway nodes, which reduces the overhead of cluster head nodes. Because of the existence of multiple base stations,the formation of the cluster tree is shorter, the network delay is further reduced, the energy consumption of the whole network is balanced, and the "energy hole" problem in the CTAGG optimization algorithm is solved, which can prolong the lifetime of the whole network.
