Internet of vehicle is the forefront of the Internet of things, At present, the most mature method of communication for a car is using SIM cards. The automotive network management system written in this article is designed for better management of networking for cars. The main purpose of the system is connecting China Unicom’s core net system and auto company, it gives a part of ability to auto company to manage the SIM card in cars. The users of this system extended the scale of SIM card users, and cars can use the fast and stable internet services. The key point of the system is the management of the SIM cards. This system contains three parts:Request solving system, Management system, Database. The system can manage the SIM cards efficiently, and this system would be the model for the expansion of IOT.This paper uses Object-oriented method. At first, we communicated with users to acknowledge their demands, using UML as the analysis and design description language, and We have the detailed analysis and design for the related systems. According to the characteristics of related systems, we programmed based on J2EE as the main language. This system communicates with auto company and IOT platform by Web Service based on soap protocol. We programmed some JSP interfaces for China Unicom to manage the SIM cards conveniently. The whole system was designed and programmed with MVC model. It also communicates with China Unicom’s BSS system by tables in the database, and communicates with the company which controls PBX using HTTP protocol.The main mission of this system is:Communicating with the platform of auto company and IOT platform, so the they can manage the SIM cards; Providing China Unicom the ability to manage the SIM cards.The design of this system can expand the scale of SIM card users, and enriched the ability of car company. Mean while, drivers get the convenience. With the fast development of IOT, this system would have broader space.
