The pharmaceutical industry is a special industry closely related to people’s life. Along with the drug demand, automatic sorting system for drugs has become a research hotspot of medical logistics. Due to the particularity of the outpatient pharmacy, FCL storage and demolition zero storage and the combination of manual sorting and automatic sorting is the main mode of the outpatient pharmacy sorting system. In this mode, how to make a reasonable storage allocation of outpatient drugs is the premise and key to the efficient operation of the entire outpatient pharmacy, so far, little research has been carried out. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of outpatient pharmacy orders, this paper studies the two level optimization problems of sorting area and storage allocation in the outpatient pharmacy, which has positive theoretical and practical guiding significance.First of all, this paper based on the related theories of the pharmacy sorting operation, partitioning strategy, storage location assignment strategy, combined with outpatient pharmacy engineering practice,then proposed FCL-demolition zero storage delay storage location assignment thought. Outpatient pharmacy customer service requirements are very high,it should be chosen to ensure a fast and correct rate of medicine. The physical and chemical characteristics of the drug itself and the characteristics of the demand for drugs in the demolition of zero zone further partition, Drugs enter to the FCL District at first, then they enter to the dismantling zero sorting area corresponding to the location near the sorting, in this way you can save labor cost, convenient management and reduce operating costs.Based on this, in this paper, the outpatient pharmacy demolition zero is divided into manual and automated picking district, aim at a shortest manual picking operation time and shortest automatic replenishment operation time,I established drug partition model and designed the heuristic algorithm to solve the model, At the same time taking a month boxed drug orders to analysis,obtained the optimized items partition strategy; and then to the single number at least optimization goal, I put forward a heuristic simulation order demonstration algorithm to achieve drug partition. At last,calculation and simulation is made by the pharmacy for a period of time of the data,the number is reduced by 13.05%after optimization of single frequency.Finally, based on the analysis of the order, automatic sorting area of drug storage is optimized. Through the order structure of the medicine box, and puts forward a drug shipments based similarity; through the analysis of the process of introducing a hospital medicine box automatic sorting equipment, combined with the equipment in the same column storage bit parallel delivery characteristics, in the same reservoir ranked similarity and maximum storage location assignment model was established as the optimization objective. At the same time, using the improved dynamic clustering algorithm to solve the model, pharmacy orders data example analysis results show that after the optimization, improve the picking efficiency, Compared with empirical storage location method, the optimized order picking time reduced by 17.05%.
