Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises(MSMEs) in our country have more than 15 million households, account for over 99% of the total number of enterprises. However, the ratio of MSMEs’ informatization is less than 10% that makes it have a huge market capacity. Moreover, with a low team efficiency, fierce competition among MSMEs, and the increasingly high labor costs, information construction of MSMEs is imperative.Through analyzing the demand of MSMEs for informatization, this study reconstructs and optimizes the SFA system on top of the current versions. The main work is as follows:(1)Process management mechanism for SFA based on the main line of sales was designed and realized. (2)Dataflow transformation mechanism was designed and realized. (3)Public data pool mechanism was designed and realized. (4)The function of dynamic template matching was designed and realized.SFA makes the sales process of enterprises more standard, and it can help enterprises solve many problems such as unnecessary loss of customers, lower utilization percentage of customer resource, and inefficient team work, thus help the enterprise win the initiative in market competition.
