The error and error correction of radio frequency simulation system have become the focus in scientific research institutions, and the variation of the near field error of the antenna array and the correction of the error are also worth being discussed. In this thesis, it analyzes the composite array near field error variation in radio frequency simulation system. Though combining with the theory of triad units phase center control algorithm, it forms the near field correction control method to adjust the near field effect of composite array radio frequency simulation system. By changing the input power of the antenna for correcting near field effect, it not only resolves the near-field effect correction, but reduces the cost of hardware equipment investment.This thesis is based on the project "the near field correction and the application technology of the radio frequency composite array", and the main researches are listed in the following contents:(1) The first two chapters review the background and present relative researches, and mainly introduce the basic theory of the near field effect.(2) In the third chapter, using the parameters given from the project, it studies the variation of double units’ precision of angle measurement, and the correction of the near effect error.In addition, the precision of angle measurement under three different sizes of receiving aperture is simulated and analyzed.(3) In the fourth chapter, the variation of precision of angle measurement in millimeter wave triad units, microwave wave triad units, and microwave/millimeter wave composite array is introduced. And through the curve fitting, it uses the interpolation method to directly calculate the angle measurement accuracy at certain points, in order to save the simulation time. Besides, the comparison between the simulation result and measurement result is presented.(4) In the fifth chapter, based on the analysis of the angle measurement accuracy variation in the fourth chapter, it presents the near field error correction of the triad units in composite array. And the error correction table can be made used in relative projects.(5) The sixth chapter summarizes the work of this thesis, and the future research is prospected.
