In this paper, the main research work is focused on near-field measurement. The mainwork is as follows:(1) This paper has systematically studied the developing trend of antenna'snear-field measurement both at home and abroad, and emphatically discussed the systematic working way of the automatic antenna's near-field measurement system and working principle of the system.(2) This paper has systematically studied the basic theory of the plane near-fieldmeasurement, discussed the relationship between near-field and far-field. This paper has analyzed and completed software flow chart.(3) The precept of expanding frequency in the automatic antenna's near-fieldmeasurement system has been studied out in this paper. Making use of the principle of the principle of the blank case, this paper has realized from lGHz~20GHz wave band antenna's near-filed measurement system to mm wave band antenna's near-field measurement system change standardization.(4) The error made in the main error sources in the measurement has beenanalyzed, and the paper has eliminated environmental error, random error and reflect error between probe and antenna.(5) The paper has emphatically discussed the systematic working way ofautomatic antenna's far-field measurement system and working principle of the system.(6) This paper has elaborated convenient and effectual methods to calculateantenna's gain using its radiation patter-integral method.
