The diversity of task types and the complexity of the working environment of the robot are increasing. Limited by the scale and complexity of the task, many tasks are difficult to be accomplished by a single robot. The use of multiple robots to complete the task is one of the effective methods to solve complex problems. But in multi-robot systems, different robot equipment comes from different manufacturers, and the robots produced by each manufacturer follow their private protocol cause incompatibility issues of the multi robot system which is Due to different communication protocols. In the use of the robot to complete the task, it increases the difficult to develop the software and inconvenient operates, even does not easy to centralized control system. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of multi-robot system, which comes of the difficulty of the development of the private protocol and the difficulty of the operation of the developer and the centralized management of the system, it is needed to develop a consistent interaction protocol.This article studies the system structure of the multi robot, the communication mode, information model, etc. it constructed a heterogeneous multi robot communication system and analysis protocols in the multi robot system. According to the demand of the robot system, the data package, the data analysis and the corresponding instruction generation method are used to design a robot communication protocol. In the meanwhile the design and implementation of the consistency protocol interface on the base of the consistency of the protocol, which is convenient for developers to program and operate. In the end, the control software of heterogeneous multi robot host software is developed by TCP/IP protocol which is suitable for the communication of heterogeneous robots and socket program which is the core mechanism of TCP/IP protocol. On the base of the consistency of the interaction protocol, software is very good completed the refinement of the operation in automated disassembly and detection tasks, reducing the workload of software development and increasing the integration of multi robot system. It is easy to the centralized control for the system.The forms of negotiation and cooperation among multi-robot systems have become more and more diversified. The requirement for real-time and reliability of the system is also getting higher and higher. What is more, the multi-robot system can avoid some errors under certain conditions. or when there is an error in the system can into self-remedy, this article needs to be further studied in this regard. At the same time, because of the social division of labor is getting smaller, the division of tasks is also more refined, the robot performs the task appeared cross regional issues, The realization of remote control robot system has become more and more urgent, in the future research, the remote control robot remote control system also need to pay attention.
