In recent years,Photoacoustic imaging technology has become a new direction for researchers in the field of medical imaging, the advantages of photoacoustic imaging techniques are more obvious. It can be non-invasive imaging of biological tissue, not only for structural imaging can also be functional imaging, besides,system equipment price is relatively low. Living tissue optical absorption coefficient is different,when the laser irradiation, the tissue absorbs the laser energy to cause a change in temperature in different parts to produce ultrasound, the ultrasound is to organize the photoacoustic signal conveyed by collecting signal we can reconstruct an image, such high-contrast images of both light imaging results also combines high-resolution ultrasound. Paper to build such a photoacoustic imaging system to study Chinese medicine moxibustion, and phantom experiments by the imaging capability of the system, the paper focuses on experimental study moxibustion brain imaging in mice:1.photoacoustic tomography imaging experimental system build and testPhotoacoustic tomography is a more advanced imaging technology, under the guidance of instructors set up their own first set of University of Electronic Science and Technology of photoacoustic imaging system.
