The Internet of Things(Io T) era has come since its concept was proposed at the World Summit in 2005. However, the present environment of IoT is extremely unstable, leading to a situation where there is no interaction between the upper application service and hardware system. As a result, application schema of IoT cannot be validated on the hardware system, which means that most of the existing schema of IoT are not actually applied. Meanwhile, as 3D game engines mature, it provides chances that use game engines to build visual simulation. The virtual reality scenes built by game engines not only comprehensively display the solutions on Io T but also shield the heterogeneity of underlying devices. This paper is aimed at building a game engine-based demonstration system for IoTCPS to comprehensively validate solutions on Io T. In consideration of extensive and multiple application scenarios of IoT, the demonstration system should have scalability and reusability. Our demonstration system is divided into three parts: simulation demonstration part, interaction processing part and simulation part, and provides interfaces of physical simulation and scene demonstration and modules of event collecting and event dispatching. Furthermore, we use events in the interaction process and set standards for the free flow of events to implement a network data transmissionbased physical simulation, event generating and scene demonstration simulation platform. Users of the platform can customize their own simulation environment and fast get simulations.Considering that our system is an interactive platform of underlying flow of events and doesn’t define detailed ways of physical simulation and scene rendering, we should conduct practical validation for solutions on IoT based on demonstration system. In this paper we implement IoT demonstration system in smart home domain. And use Netty to build NIO-based server processing interaction. We use Unity3 D to build simulation demonstration part and simulation part: simulation demonstration part uses 3D rendering technology; simulation part uses physical engine, and implements scene interaction based on real-time environment simulation from background.
