Large scale natural or man-made disasters usually cause immeasurable losses to people’s lives and property. In the post disaster relief, rescue teams according to the trapped personnel information collected to determine how to carry out the next step in the rescue operation. However, due to the destruction of infrastructure, the paralysis of the conventional communication networks, the rescue team can not be timely and effectively get information about the number, location and vital signs of survivors.Thus sometimes they missed the best rescue time. Therefore, the vital signs of the trapped personnel information in the disaster affected areas are essential to post disaster relief.In this thesis, a mobile terminal based networking algorithm is proposed for the special scenarios of disaster relief. After the disaster, especially geological disasters, the basic communication facilities have been destroyed, so the network nodes can not be like the traditional network through the routing table to carry out data transmission. In the networking algorithm on mobile terminal for post disaster rescue, After the encoding process of a specific format,trapped personnel’s vital signs information set as the name of the node’s Bluetooth,then scanning node’s Bluetooth device name to communicate. In accordance with certain rules, the network nodes have the selective scanning of the network nodes, so as to realize the data transmission and data backup of the vital signs of the victims in the disaster affected area. After the research and design of the network algorithm, this paper also carries out the system implementation and algorithm simulationl, and further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the network algorithm.The point of the networking algorithm is setting the trapped personnel life signs information and control information encoded as the Bluetooth device name,then nodes scanning the Bluetooth device name of other nodes as a means of communication, by screening algorithm to obtain the set of neighbor nodes, so as to transfer and back uo the the trapped personnel vital signs information.After a lot of experiments and simulation, verification post disaster rescue based on mobile terminal network algorithm is valid and reliable.
