After the event of large-scale natural disasters, the infrastructure of affected area was almost completely destroyed, wh ich had been unable the traditional communication network to work. F or emergency needs, people dem ands more for resuming communication. However, networking opportunities(Opportunistic Network) is a complete end to end path that does not require a new wireless network, which suits for damaged infrastructure disaster environment. Therefore, how to apply the network using for e nvironmental disaster relief, providing a reliable, tem porary delay tolerant network, is an urgent study. For the problems set forth above, this paper attempts to using portable intelligent communications device search aid personnel, temporary relief tents, rescue command center to build a special oppor tunity for a network which can resolve these problems. In the network model, it is assum ed that the energy of rescuers got lim ited mobile nodes; and relief tents stationary got fixe d nodes. Such nodes ener gy can be refilled and need not be considered delays duri ng the transmission, which means that these nodes can direct communicating with Rescue Center(Sink0). On the basis of this network model, design and im plementation a data forwarding strategy of environmental networking opportunities of disaster relief adaptation, which is referred to as CSA algorithm, and analyzing the algor ithm simulation. In this pa per, research work carried out mainly in the following aspects:(1) Combined with rescue environmental features, building an adaptation to the disaster relief environment unique opportunity network. The network consists of two types of nodes. One is a mobile node, which is responsible for collecting information and forwarding inform ation. The other is fixed nodes, which is responsible for receiving information from mobile node, and eventually passing through the backbone network Rescue Command Center(Sink0).(2) Designing and implem enting a data network for the above opportunity forwarding algorithm CSA. In this algorithm, frequency of large fixed nodes will be set to be large selection priority nodes and mobile contact forwarding nodes will b e set to higher priority nodes. Meanwhile, taking into account the residual energy of nodes, and comprehensiving comparison of the data forwarding priority as the next hop relay node.(3) ONE em ulator CSA algorithm is been used in design of simulation experiments, and we als o compared the network with the classical algorithms in the successful transfer rate, data transmission delay, and route cost. The simulation results show that CSA algorithm has improved overall performance.
