Then, through the research and analysis of the mechanical and electrical company staff, the function of the user’s system of analysis and modeling is derived for a major business functions, which are production management function, management function, material management function, equipment management function and management function. Then, this paper from the system network topology structure, system architecture and two aspects design the overall function of the system architecture, design of every function of the detailed algorithm process using structured process, and the use of E-R diagram and relational table design of the database system, data system for preservation and access to provide greater performance. Then, this paper uses the VC# programming technology to develop a management information system, describes the system’s key algorithm code and system operation screenshots, and provides a key function for the system implementation.
