Optoelectronic countermeasure technique is a system that by using optoelectronic confrontation equipment to conduct reconnaissance, interference or destroy electro-optical hairline pointer of enemy equipment, optical-guided weapons and other military facilities, to weaken or undermine its operational effectiveness, while protecting the effective use of one’s own photovoltaic equipment and weapons. With the applications of infrared, laser and other optoelectronic technology in military radar, electro-optical radar detection and guided technology have been developing at rapid speed, so optoelectronic countermeasure technology and equipment is playing an increasingly important role in modern warfare.In this thesis, the background, meaning and military applications the of interference photovoltaic technology is first discussed, and then the present research situation and development trend at home and abroad is simply introduced, including the origin of this technology, the applications over the years in the war, the impact on the warfare of this technology and the technological development, and the improvement of the success rate of interference and so on.Secondly, according to the operation theory, system configuration and the radar equation of the laser radar ranging system, combined with passive jamming technology, including shielding barrier(smoke, mist and water curtain, chaff clouds, dust, etc.), camouflage(paint camouflage technology, cover barrier camouflage technology), stealth(infrared stealth, laser stealth, ultraviolet stealth), photoelectric decoys and so on, integrated with active jamming technology, including infrared interference missile, active jammer,laser deception jamming technology and so on, the theory and classification of the deception jamming technology of laser radar is analyzed,such as the deceptive interference technology and interference hiding technology.And then an implementation method for the distance deception jamming technology based on digital radio frequency memory technology(DRFM) is proposed. And next the operating principle, main technology parameters, memory storage system, quantization manner, system configuration of the radio frequency memory is accounted, which is the basic theory of digital frequency memory technology. Last but not least, depending on the principle of radar ranging, such as pulse ranging and continuous wave frequency modulated ranging, distance elaborate decoy and range gate pull off(RGPO) interference principle was fully introduced. And then it is mathematical modeled realized through MATLAB, and the interference probability of success rate is computed.Finally, this research and practical significance is summarized and the research directions in the future are pointed out.
