Health Information Circulation In The Village

In China, medical reform has always been a worthy concern, as medical reform relates to people’s health problems.In Jiangsu province, the economy leading province has a left-behind village, the village has no traditional barefoot doctors.Patients here need ride an electromobile for twenty minutes to the town to see a doctor.This study is based on the realistic background of the village, and from the perspective of the whole network to investigate this relatively closed village in the flow of health information, especially from regional geography, features of relations and daily communication to reflect on the innovation diffusion model of traditional medical information technology, to explore a general health information dissemination process of the Y village.From the perspective of the whole network, rooting in Y village, this research subdivided three network data to make the centricity analysis and subgroup analysis, to draw three corresponding network structure charts.According to the basic results and structure charts, and through the practical applicability of traditional innovation diffusion model in the local inspection, traditional innovation diffusion model theorythe was modified.In addition,combining the village basic health information dissemination process, this research concludes an applicable health information dissemination mode:in Y village as a whole, health information is established in their families on the basis of blood relationship and neighborhood factions;central person form the center hierarchy level of dissemination network, interacting with the peripheral level formed by other villagers;the interaction is established on the basis of daily communication to maintain social relations;based on social relations, communicaion relations further change the basic social relations.
