The Establishment And Perfection Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region News Release System Study

News release is to carry out the work in news propaganda and public opinion guide under the new situation. With the advancement of administrative information opening, the news release system has been widely established in our country to transmit the information about the party affairs and our government administration, to deal with the emergent public affairs, to guide the public opinion effectively and to safeguard the people’s right to know. Considering the need of situation, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has promoted the progress of news release system since 1999, strengthening the construction of the news release system. After the practice exploration for more than ten years, the news release system has achieved a series of positive progress in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Finally, four news release systems have been set up. That is the press conference held by government’s information office from autonomous government to autonomous party and from city to city center. Besides, a series of news release system files have been introduced, which strengthens the team training of press spokesmen and guides the public opinion effectively. All these measures have created a favorable media environment for economic and social development and stability in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.However, there still exist some problems that can’t be ignored in news release system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. For example, there is an imbalance in the news release system, the rigid requirements of news release system are not implemented well, the news release mechanism is not well organized, the form of news release system is single and the time-effect of news release system is not higher and the spokesmen lack professional quality, etc. The reason is that it has a lot to do with the backward thinking and an insufficient organization support. Therefore, combing with the interviews and absorbing the useful experience in the construction of news release system at home and abroad, this paper is to further improve the countermeasures of news release system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from eight aspects. Firstly, we need to increase people’s awareness to lay the ideological foundation for improving the news release system. Secondly, we need to further improve the legal system to provide the legal guarantee for improving the news release system. Thirdly, the mechanism should be improved to establish the working rules for improving the news release system. Fourthly, we should strengthen the organization to solidify the basis for improving the news release system. Fifthly, innovation approaches should be improved to accumulate the experience for improving the news release system. Sixthly, we should nurse the training team to lay the talent basis for improving the news release system. Seventhly, it’s necessary for us to learn from others to expand the way of thinking for improving the news release system. Lastly, research should be strengthened to provide the theory guide for improving the news release system.
