This paper is based on the background of the spring framework distribution platform and C# agents interface (API), and it relates to front velocity template, SQL Server database, completely reliable message queue QMQ, reverse proxy service Nginx and other technology.The author mainly completed requirements analysis, design, development and testing, deployment of the project.At present, the system has been running on the line.
