Geological disasters are frequent in China. After the 5?12Wenchuan earthquake,the research work of geological hazards prediction is becoming more and more important. In particular,the landslide bring great losses to industrial production、 agricultural production and people’s lives and properties,even catastrophic disaster. It is urgent for us to monitor and analyze unstable slope for the long-term, but the bottleneck of this work is to measuring the instrument. A number of domestic research institutes have been working in this field., Its principle is piezoelectric type、vibrating wire and other electric sensor components, the sensor is easy to be disturbed by electromagnetic interference. And the fiber Bragg grating strain sensor developed by us can overcome the above shortcomings.Based on current status of fiber Bragg grating strain sensor and task of the project,we propose a method to measure the stress and strain by using the fiber Bragg grating Strain rosette. Firstly, the design and fabrication process of single component fiber Bragg grating strain sensor is studied, Secondly, the completion of the three component stress and strain of the structure of the probe design and production, Thirdly, carried out the research of indoor calibration of single component sensor chip and indoor calibration test of the three component sensor probe,finally completed the program of the three component sensor probe data calculation module.The three component fiber Bragg grating strain sensor is developed, test results meet the design indicators requirement,Stress monitoring range 0~8.333 MPa,accuracy 0.028 MPa,Strain measurement range, 0~3000με,accuracy: 1.408με, the sensor meets the requirement of landslide deformation monitoring, Is expected to reduce the loss to the lowest landslide.
