Design And Implementation Of The Small Consumption City Card System

City card system project is an important part of the wisdom of urban construction; the main goal is to build a common card network system. With the extensive development of smart card, city card application range has changed from traditional application in the public transport to social security, health, tourism, public card and so on; it is more convenient to holder’s daily life.How to use the “Internet plus” thinking mode to expand the city card function,provide better service for city construction is new problems to smart card system engineering.This paper is based on Urumqi “Hongshan city card” system, it discusses the important significance of small consumption system in the "city card" application, also compares small consumption function in different cities in the domestic. Through analyzing existing “Hongshan city card” system, it gives technical scheme of the realization small consumption function based on the current “Hongshan city card"system. In addition, it explains to needs analysis, overall design, database design, and design details, the results also include the core module of business information management, credit allocation management module, statements management module,and it discusses the main technique that is used in the process of project development.The important focus in this paper is the feasibility of small consumption in the existing “Hongshan city card" system. It gives the full scheme about small consumption system from design to implementation using software engineering method. The realization of the small consumption system extends the function of "city card", which provides a new solution for citizen using one card in hand to convenient life.
