With the development of network information technology, the scale of enterprise information system is expanding, the improvement of business complexity, the data is not limited to a database environment, but is deployed in a multi database environment. Data show the distribution, massive, heterogeneous and so on. In this case, the user only needs to use its stored data, but also the interdisciplinary, cross server data through the network. In order to solve these problems, the application in a multi database environment data analysis and use of data integration technology has become one of the hot spots.This paper is oriented small and medium enterprises Invoicing management business and the development of B2B e-commerce system as the background, the system established in the distributed database environment, provide centralized intelligent information service for enterprises, all registered enterprises share a set of application software, each enterprise and its subordinate enterprises with a set of independent database. Therefore, in order to meet the demands of the enterprise itself and the platform to analyze the data of the distributed multi database, data integration and expert technology are needed to realize.In this paper, first of all, the domestic and foreign mature data integration technology to do a thorough research, detailed introduction of data replication based on data integration technology and pattern based data integration technology. And the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies are analyzed and discussed. Through the analysis of the data found that, as a result of inventory management platform of multi database data is no different. Data integration technology based on data replication is more suitable for research, but it has a large scale of data replication.In order to solve this problem, after the research, this paper proposes the method of using the global data model to copy the small scale data. According to the actual business needs to design a global data model, through the global data model to integrate the business needs of the data. According to this method, we design and implement a data integration and transformation system, which can realize the data integration of multi database environment. And provides the integrated monitoring function in a timely manner to monitor the results of the data integration, integration of the failure of the data source to provide automatic and manual two kinds of re integration. In order to meet the different needs of users of the platform, the system provides a data conversion interface to meet the data report format.
