It provides high quality and efficiency of the business management and transaction processing for relevant teaching departments.This system is in under the guidance of the theory and method of Management Information System, according to the actual situation of the college and the process of educational administration business, using the architecture of B/S structure, it also analysis and design the function by using MYSQL database technology to design the database of Teaching Management Information System. This system is based on JAVA language, using JSP technology, servlet technology, hibernate developing source framework technology, struts developing source framework technology, and some other technology and language such as HTML, CSS, XML and so on.In the first chapter of this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the Teaching Management System are emphased on. In the second chapter, the development platform, development language and database technology are introduced. In the third chapter, according to the functional requirements of Teaching Management Information System, it describes the demand analysis and the overall function structure of this system. In the fourth chapter, it the summary design of this system is described. In the fifth chapter a detailed design of this system is described too.
