Consumer value is undergoing structural change with the development of science & technology and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard. Consumers likediversified and personalized products more than others, demanding higher quality products, upgrading faster and shortening delivery time. In order to adapt to this change, factory should make response to the increasingly fierce competition in the marketquickly, product tend to be many varieties, medium and small batch, which can meet the requirements of "personalized" customers. The current Genesis software just only provide a gather that concludedifferent editing functions. The users basically rely on manual operations to using these software, then select the corresponding function menu to perform specific actions. The efficiency is depended on the proficiency level of engineer completely. For the above problem, this Thesis collected and provided related data about CAM design on-site of PCB Pre production engineering. This paper will discuss about how to union the characteristics of PCB production to combine editing functions together, and to combine the factory technological parameter effectively. At the same time, CAM Secondary development and application system which will suit for PCB Pre production engineering, considering the real situation during production, such as PCB enterprise design resources, the inherent characteristics of the products etc.This paper will mainly elaborate how torealizethe automation of CAM office,byusing the editing functions in the Pre production engineering Genesis software. When Java programming technology and database technology are used to Design and development, it mainly Focus on achieving the basic functions of CAM Secondary development and application system. Such as bit automatic compensation, automatic sealing side design, designing of automatic impedance module,net list comparing and designing automatic plug hole etc. Keeping the existing investment to Genesis software, PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system utilize the editing function in Genesis software to overcome the customization design and foolproof design management issues which Genesis can’t solve.Under the premise of the existing software making no changes, PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system will perfectly integrate it’s application system into the current Genesis software, whichimprove extend functionality of the Genesis software system. PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system has a good flexibility and scalability which will maximize the benefits of PCB Pre production engineering management system. After the implementation of the PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system, the value and effectiveness of PCB enterprises, mainly include enhancing the competitiveness of the company in time delivery rate, shortening the prenatal preparation time; improving the competitiveness of a company in terms of cost and quality; as well as providing a good reference for other factories CAM operation pattern, strengthening internal communication, mutual learning and exchanges, promoting the sustainable development of the companyetc.
