Design And Implementation Of The PCB/CAM Secondary Development System Based On Genesis Software

The current Genesis software just only provide a gather that concludedifferent editing functions. The users basically rely on manual operations to using these software, then select the corresponding function menu to perform specific actions. The efficiency is depended on the proficiency level of engineer completely. For the above problem, this Thesis collected and provided related data about CAM design on-site of PCB Pre production engineering. This paper will discuss about how to union the characteristics of PCB production to combine editing functions together, and to combine the factory technological parameter effectively. At the same time, CAM Secondary development and application system which will suit for PCB Pre production engineering, considering the real situation during production, such as PCB enterprise design resources, the inherent characteristics of the products etc.This paper will mainly elaborate how torealizethe automation of CAM office,byusing the editing functions in the Pre production engineering Genesis software. When Java programming technology and database technology are used to Design and development, it mainly Focus on achieving the basic functions of CAM Secondary development and application system. Such as bit automatic compensation, automatic sealing side design, designing of automatic impedance module,net list comparing and designing automatic plug hole etc. Keeping the existing investment to Genesis software, PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system utilize the editing function in Genesis software to overcome the customization design and foolproof design management issues which Genesis can’t solve.Under the premise of the existing software making no changes, PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system will perfectly integrate it’s application system into the current Genesis software, whichimprove extend functionality of the Genesis software system. PCB/CAM Secondary development and application system has a good flexibility and scalability which will maximize the benefits of PCB Pre production engineering management system.
