Rapid development of software design and development process has been one of the goals, purpose is to maximize the use of existing software resources to the development of new software, to avoid starting from scratch. Component software technology and development, the use of multi-layer structure of systems to business logic components as the underlying function of the provider and request a unified approach to implementation of application software for dynamic assembly, a rapid development of the software the most effective way .
