The Intelligent Speed Broadband Platform Of Ningxia Telecom

Target user of the intelligent Broadband platform is the home broadband user, the scenarios is home ADSL user access the smart portal page via the internet, according to the page recommends users can order intelligent broadband, query for usage and historical orders and other related operations. According to user charges attribute、balance、Terminal type、 infrastructure broadband, the speed portal can automatically select proper product for the user, including order information、effective information、used duration、remained duration、acceleration end information etc. According to system requirements, the acceleration platform can be divided into four main implementation subsystems. They are:1. Interface subsystem, including docking with the telecom homepage, query user information and used accelerate speed function; docking with the automatic active billing system, realize service activation,billing upload function; docking with the resou rce management system, obtain the user lines up bandwidth rate and broadband access t ype.2.Business management subsystem, mainly achieve the business management fu nction, the administrator management functions, statements analysis, monitoring and m anagement function.3. Policy control subsystem, which is responsible for verification speed request to access, assessing the request corresponding speed resources, positioning BRAS / SR, CoA agreement by the policy mapped into BRAS / SR can identify RADIUS attributes, sent to the BRAS / SR.4. The user online processing system, including user online/offline processing, user information management, user online/offline notice.In addition, this paper of intelligent acceleration platform makes test and analysis from two aspects, which are system function and system performance, successfully passed the preliminary acceptance and final acceptance, conforms to the standard of telecom operation system.
