Application Research On Risk Management Of Public Opinion Software Product Development Project Of S Company

Software product development process is a system of production process, is a strict organization and management process. The process of project development is full of uncertainties, especially in the development of new products, which may be derived from market changes, product design flaws, product performance problems, lack of R & D management and project team personnel flow, will have a significant impact on the product itself.How to identify potential risk factors in software projects, and how to prevent and deal with these risks, so that the project can achieve the project objectives is one of the key directions of the thesis research. In recent years, with the rapid development of IT technology, more and more fields are applied to IT technology, however, the lagging of risk management, which has brought huge losses to the IT project.This paper takes S company’s public opinion software product development project as an example, through field research, this paper reveals how to identify, evaluate and deal with the risk of public opinion software product development process, and analyzes the risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk tracking process in S company. Based on the theory of risk management, the company has established its own risk management system, from risk management culture, to the risk management system and the risk management model to identify and track the risk of public opinion software product development process, and according to the characteristics of public opinion software, this paper gives the corresponding risk management scheme.Based on the theory of software project risk management, the paper analyzes the risk management process of public opinion software product development in S company by means of literature research, case study and field survey. Summarized the experience and lessons of the public opinion project of S company, verified the effectiveness of S company’s risk management system and risk management model, and provides reference for other project risk management.Based on the new public opinion network application software as the research object, this paper analyzes the difference between traditional software project development and software product development risk management, and develops the application domain of risk management theory. In the course of the research, the foreign mature risk management theory and the specific practice of the domestic software product development are combined, and the risk management framework for the development of domestic public opinion software is set up.This paper verifies the role and significance of risk management in the process of software product development, which has accumulated experience for the same type of product development, and promotes the application of software risk management theory in the field of product development.
