| In recent years, the country vigorously promotes scientific and technological innovation, constantly increases in the country’s university scientific research investment. Under this social background, the problem for the teachers’ scientific research evaluation draws great attention from teachers themselves and the university. Scientific research evaluation has become the main basis of measuring university teachers’ scientific research ability, the technical titles, post evaluation and the important means of school’s scientific research management and regulating the scientific research. But so far, how to build a fair, reasonable, incentive teachers’ scientific research evaluation system is still one of the most controversial problems. At the same time, with the application of data mining technology in the field of education has become more and more extensive, using data mining technology to realize knowledge discovery, and then by using knowledge discovery to establish the evaluation system based on multi objective provides a new research idea.The main research content of this paper is focused on the application of data mining technology in the field of University Teachers’ performance evaluation, which includes three aspects, respectively is:the measurement and evaluation of teachers’ scientific research performance, the association rules between the teacher’s own characteristic attribute and the scientific research performance, the influence of the school scientific research investment on the teacher’s scientific research output. Based on the existing theories and methods, this study used a college teacher’s scientific research and personnel data in 2014, and carried out relevant research on the above three problems. First of all, according to the Ministry of education "subject evaluation" standard and combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities to establish the evaluation index system of University Teachers’ scientific research performance, on the basis of that, an improved clustering algorithm was used to construct the performance index of College Teachers’ scientific research; Then, in view of the problem of the relationship between the teacher’s own characteristics and its scientific research index, a new method based on classification rules was proposed, which was used to find out the relationship between the index of scientific research of college teachers and the factors of individual characteristics; Finally, an improved two stage DEA model was proposed to analyze the intrinsic relationship between the input of scientific research resources and the output of scientific research. |
