At present,China's scientific research work are developing very rapidly,and the investment and achievements of scientific research projects are also showing a rapid upward trend.While the investment in scientific research and the overall strength of scientific research has increased dramatically,how to supervise and evaluate scientific research projects is crucial.The comprehensive evaluation of scientific research projects can not only evaluate the innovation,rationality and practicability of the project in the project application phase,but also supervise the scientific research work during the project implementation process,and carry out accurate and fair research work at the end of the project.At the same time,the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research projects can also give detailed basis and forecast data for a certain region,a unit,and even the overall scientific and technological status of China and the development trend of scientific research on the basis of a large number of specific scientific research project evaluation data.With the continuous refinement of the national scientific research management work,the continuous improvement of the scientific research project evaluation system,and the continuous strengthening of the requirements of scientific research project evaluation,the current comprehensive evaluation technology and functions of scientific research projects can no longer reflect the development requirements of the times,nor can they meet the current stage.The evaluation needs of scientific research projects are even less able to provide relevant units and countries with forecast data for scientific research decisions.This has become an important obstacle to the current further strengthening and improvement of scientific research project management.This paper uses data mining technology to carry out research on the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research projects,and design and implement a comprehensive evaluation system of scientific research projects on this basis.The system uses data mining technology for comprehensive evaluation of scientific research projects,which can be used for statistics,analysis and decision-making on scientific research projects.The research content of this article mainly has the following aspects:(1)This article investigates and analyzes the data of scientific research projects and builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of scientific research projects;(2)On the basis of the above index system,this article pretreatment the collected data,and uses principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the index data to determine the initial weight of the index after dimensionality reduction.In order to better provide scientific research development decision-making and prediction data,this paper uses the deep belief network(DBN)model and k-means clustering algorithm in deep learning to implement a comprehensive evaluation algorithm for scientific research projects;through this algorithm,it can be integrated for scientific research project data Evaluation also provides scientific research management with a basis for decision-making on scientific research development.In this paper,the relevant experimental results of the algorithm are analyzed,and good experimental results are obtained.(3)Aiming at the above algorithms and the actual situation of scientific research projects,this paper implements the algorithm integration in the system,and designs and implements a comprehensive evaluation system for scientific research projects on this basisThrough the research in this paper,the application of data mining technology in the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research projects is systematically studied,and on this basis,the comprehensive evaluation system of scientific research projects is realized.
