Facing the drastic competition in the market economy, all the enterprises need to adapt to the big individuation of the customer they have never met before. In this time, all the enterprises have to take the advanced theory for management, to use those advanced information technology, to make sure the changes of the market, and then to make the scientific analysis and decision. Only when they do like this, they can survive.In the paper ,we firstly promote this kind of advanced theory for management, and clarify that CRM can help the enterprise to get the max margin through satisfying the customer.But the important is that we should used CRM with Date Mining, and in this way, our CRM is a much more scientific tool to help our enterprises to make the decision.But when applying the CRM, how to use the data mining theory, how to combine the data mining technology and the data modeling. In the paper, we can find the systemic and general discussion from different sides. It has the important significance in both realism and theory sides.
