WLAN networks have been deployed and covered in the past for a long time, and now in China WLAN network has covered most of the main line, second tier and other cities and regions.With the development and deployment of LTE technology and system, and the universal existence of WLAN terminal, WLAN and LTE will exit together in the future for a period of time. LTE-Fi devices allow users to connect to the TD-LTE network with any terminal device that supports Wi-Fi functionality, so people can enjoy the pleasure of high-speed mobile data business, which riches people’s mobile communication life.With the development of science and technology in recent years, people’s demand for bandwidth performance is improving in the relevant areas of information communication, wireless technology, In the actual application of the process, LTE can fully support the data information communicating effectively, and efficiently solve the problem of mobile communication.In the professional field, WLAN can’t effectively support for high-speed mobile business. Traffic consumption is huge for high data services in the LTE network environment, especially in the case of online games, audio and video processing. In this case, Wi-Fi can play a big advantage in the flow of the share. In this way, Wi-Fi can provide strong technical support for LTE, because Wi-Fi and LTE, merged together, can exert their own advantages. They cooperate with each other to provide the best information technology for the users in the process of network access.Firstly, the operators have deployed a large number of TD-LTE networks, but the mobile phone and other electronic devices, which have no 4G function, cannot connect to the network. What’s more, these electronic devices with Wi-Fi function, can be connected to the conventional wireless hotspots, and through the wireless hotspot can be conveniently connected to the INTERNET network. In the process of the research, this paper mainly effectively convert the Wi-Fi network into the reasonable and feasible TD-LTE network in the practical application. This requires a comprehensive grasp of the TD-LTE network and WLAN core technology, and combining these two technologies, comprehensive exploring the application and feasibility of new equipment LTE-Fi in the professional field, and infer the application prospect of the main technology media push business.Secondly, In this paper, a new type of equipment for the coexistence of LTE and LTE-Fi is developed, which is suitable for and WLAN. The overall architecture design of LTE-Fi equipment is given, and the hardware function module of LTE-Fi development board is analyzed, and the communication mechanism of LM9105 module and AT command set is analyzed emphatically. This paper focuses on the software design scheme of LTE-Fi, solves the cross compiling environment of Linux operating system based on LTE-Fi development board, designs the basic framework of LTE-Fi software, puts forward the advertising mode from the traditional mode to push mode, and completes the initiative push mode, that is, the normal communication of media push service.Thirdly, The media push service is the interaction process between the server and the server, which decides whether the media file is pushed to the end user, and the device is used as a relay station. This paper mainly realizes the connection between the device and the user, the connection between the device and the server, and the device automatically updating the media file from the server and the redirection function of the web page.Finally, this paper builds a test environment to complete the functional test of the media push service. In the equipment, the Tcpdump packet capture tool is used to capture the interactive packets between the device and the user, the server, and the Wireshark tool is used to analyze the packets.
