As for industry 4.0, Germany tops in the world for the concept firstly proposed by the Germany Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Industrial 4.0, it is the transition of industry construction from simply mechanized to intellectualized phase.With the development of robot technology, the wide application of mechanical arm is indispensable to technical innovation, economic development and social progress.Therefore, the trajectory planning of mechanical arm is also one of the important tasks in the research of industrial robot.This paper makes a certain intellectualized mechanical arm by combining flexible manufacturing system with flexible manufacturing unit, which is the preliminary research about the intelligent operation of mechanical manufacturing system to some extent.This paper sets up an intelligent mechanical arm through TQ210 development board that belongs to a part of the main control module where an Open Source Computer Vision Library(OpenCV) is transplanted. Thus, it can grab intelligently the object on the definitive operating platform under a certain circumstance. At the same time, it can also measure the object coordinate by constantly capturing the frame via adjustment of self parameters, the intelligent characteristic of adaptation and interaction is realized.
