Robot consists of mechanical mechanism, drives, detection, control systems, and other components. In the control system of the robot using bus communication technology,so that robot more stable and reliable communications. In order to make robots to adapt to the external environment, robots should increase external sensing capability, and intelligent vision can make robots more responsive to complex external environment. Robotics visual technology integration, making the robot has more intelligent. You can visually judge the completion of the robot to perform the action, as in the control process and auxiliary feedback control link.In this paper, the main topic of intelligent vision tracking robot is studied,description of the development status of the robot and machine vision, and discuss its application in industry. This paper established the intelligent robot arm and omni-directional motion platform systems, mobile platforms were analyzed, the kinematics equations, using the method of D-H parameters manipulator kinematics analysis, the forward and reverse arm kinematic model. For motion platform and arm were planning study and the overall movement of the robot path. Introduced Kinect works, completed the design of Kinect-based vision system, the completion of the robot control system design, including design and design of bus communication module hardware and software, the study of intelligent robot control algorithms.Experimental results show that the intelligent vision-based tracking robot to complete scheduled tasks, such as tracking the movement of mobile platform, the robot manipulator control and visual tracking experiment.
