| Since the Reform and Opening up, the construction of the Chinese Communist Party has made great achievements, the number of Party members has increased year by year. The traditional party school has been unable to meet task of the training and education for members. At the same time, the information technologies make a spurt of progress. Under the background of this era, online party school came into being with its advantages of saving, interactive and scientific. Online party school refers to the means of the use of computer network technology, multimedia technology, database technology and other modern information technology, to complete the teaching goal of traditional party school education in the digital environment. On the other hand, Guangdong provincial Party Committee Organization Department issued one notice that implement the construction of grass-roots party organization secretary project in 2013. It proposed the objectives and requirements of building a service-oriented party organization. The aim of the notifications is to improve the grassroots party’s level of the serving for the society, the people, and party members under the new era. The notifications claimed party committees of county and town to implement the "Secretary of grassroots party building innovation project". The thesis comes from "project secretary", which will build a scientific training system of Online Party, and improve the quality of student party members effectively.The Project is supported by digital campus,which made design and developing for the education and training of grassroots party organizations in Luoding polytechnic. In the system development process, we adhere to the principles of reliability, validity and practicality. The structure of Online Party School uses the B/S structure, system platform network operating system is Windows Server 2008 and MySQL database, network flapping structure uses a star configuration. Technology roadmap is based on the B/S architecture, using PHP language and MYSQL database for the developing. The main work of this thesis includes that:(1) it is the design and implementation of database system. According to the demand analysis, get the logical structure of the database, and select the appropriate database management system database to design and optimize, and then focus on the design of data integrity and logical relevance.(2) It is the design and implementation of Luoding polytenic online Party School. According to the different stages,the project defines the appropriate permissions and learning content for different role users. According to the demand analysis, the project designs and codes for 4 different modules, including front-end interface of system, information issue subsystem, learning examination subsystem, communication forum subsystem and so on. It is core of the thesis and project.(3) It is the system function test. After the development of the Online party school,the project completes the testing of system related functions, to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the data, as well to ensure that the whole system can meet the integrated functional requirements and can run on the internet smoothly.This thesis merges the teaching of higher Vocational College and information technology, and develops the Luoding Polytechnic online party school independently, and then puts it into operation. The project builds a platform for students to join the party, learning, communicating, display and integrated management. The thesis realizes the information and scientific work for party building, which implements innovative means and methods of grass-roots party building work in Vocational Colleges. In the process of design and implementation, the thesis studied the design technologies, including the B/S architecture, PHP language and MySQL database. The project team compiled the standard development documents and relevant papers, and accumulated valuable experience for the information system developing based on database and B/S architecture. |
