After many years development of SDH, the stability of theory and equipment has become maturer. At present, It has a wide range of applications in the market at all levels, which carries a large number of carriers, but with the development of the market, the operators have higher requirements on the stability and reliability of the network. The existing routing path and the protection of the network are complex, and can not carry out the automatic route selection and protection. It mainly uses manual operation, which is time-consuming and inefficient.Aiming at the above problems, this thesis is studying transmission network carrying business mode and protection of one suburban area, deeply analyzing the current network transmission network technology and business application scenarios base, comparing different protection modes for the current network of choice, and discussing and researching in great detail on the network protection and automatic routing algorithm. The main content is:1. transport network technology overview, introduced the current network transmission network in the access side of the main use of network, SDH network and PTN network, and compares the two kinds of SDH network protection, reuse section and sub network connection protection. In this chapter, we summarize the business and characteristics of the site, analyze 13 kinds of business application scenarios, analyze business types, demand bandwidth, business features and so on, and compare them.2. on a suburban areas transport network protection research, through explore the current network single node hidden defects, and extended to discuss the application and characteristics of current network 7 protection, and adopt multi aspect consideration, finally selected based on the sub network connection protection and sub network connection protection cross loop(double ring) as a way to solve the risk, for each a ring network is given specific optimization scheme, and the implementation of the. At the same time, put forward a suburban areas transport network using standard, according to the current network of suburban ring network and the specific use of the way with detailed requirements.3. in view of the current network transmission network due to the large routing layer, the network management can not achieve the route selection and the protection of the calculation, mainly rely on manual routing and protection, the existence of low efficiency, time-consuming and labor-intensive. This paper presents the design idea of the LSP path calculation based on the hierarchical decomposition of the fully automatic backup protection LSP path, and proposes the implementation of the constraint conditions, which is based on the requirement analysis, the hierarchical constraint, the bandwidth constraint, the separation type of these 4 constraints, and the 4 constraint conditions are proposed.4. a CSPF algorithm is used to verify the algorithm of the full automatic main backup and LSP path calculation based on the hierarchical sub domain. The first part belongs to the input check; the second part is the verification of the correctness of the algorithm; the third part is the test of the relationship between the scale and the time. From these three aspects of the algorithm is verified by the test, the test results show that it is feasible.
