As a new type of clean and sustainable energy, wind resources occupies a large proportion in the national energy structure. Wind power has gradually increased importance of energy strategy, and wind power monitoring system has gradually improved as well. The time series data processing is one of the key of the wind power monitoring system. In the past, the processing of time series data is mainly based on the traditional database. But now as the scale increased, the data acquired more frequently, the traditional database can not do well.In order to solve the problems traditional database encountered, this paper puts forward the concept of time-sequential database, and sets up the time series data management system. Finally provided a more reliable, easy-to-use platform for users.In order to construct a sensible time series data management system, this paper does the following research. Firstly, to reduce the redundant storage space, this paper has compared various data compression algorithm and finally selected PI Swinging Door compression algorithm. Secondly, analysis characteristics and requirements of the time series data and design the storage structure. Finally, design and realize the time series data management system for time series data.
