In recent years, with the rapid development of computer network and software development, the business application of interactive software to enhance the efficiency of the work is also greatly increased. The cooperation between enterprises and the team becomes more and more frequent, normal, which makes the interaction between the project team and team are complex and diverse; in this case, the cooperation between the project within the group and the project team will involve various and complicated software development and maintenance problems, and simple, old data update control system obviously can not meet such a complex situation, the difficulty of the corresponding data storage management will also increase. Therefore in the face of such a situation, BMW designed a supply of internal use of the collection of data management, management, customer communication management as one of the system to deal with these situations, and the data storage management in all aspects, including:activity management, data management, system upgrade management, product testing, product evaluation and product release and other process open source integration, so that it becomes a complete and effective unified platform is undoubtedly one way to go. So it is a trend to use computer software to develop knowledge design and integration of such a data management system.At present, a new CARMEN open source software, which is widely used in the field and has been widely known and widely used in the field, is becoming more and more widely used in the software development. Its convenience, open source, and other characteristics have been widely used; however, many people are aware of the CARMEN after many people are aware of the shortcomings of CARMEN and some of the obstacles, this is not only for the smooth operation of the enterprise data management set up some defects, so that the project management efficiency is low, therefore, will each version of the open source tools and data storage management steps to maximize the advantages, has become not limited to all software development work on BMW project. In this trend, this paper will be based on the CARMEN system, the CARMEN system and other widely used and well known open source systems, including: Mantis, Ant, Eclipse, integrated into a powerful data management system and the system to further develop the system, thus forming a unified CARMEN system based on data management system design, implementation, and depth improvement and development.In order to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the CVS system, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of CARMEN system, which is based on CARMEN system. This paper presents a series of issues, which is based on CARMEN system. The system is integrated with CARMEN system. The system is integrated with CARMEN system. Specifically, the three major functions of the system are summarized, such as data update, system upgrade and system product release. It is the integration of CARMEN and other open source system. So the function is to use this feature to make CARMEN and Mantis integrated, and to form a set of open source interactive sub platform. And in the final part of the system products, it is the CARMEN system and several other open source systems are combined, respectively: Eclipse, Ant and Tomcat, and they are together with the CARMEN system to produce a chemical reaction is with automatic processing data, data depth processing and data backup three sub functions. At last, we make a comparison between the data management system and the most authoritative and scientific software capability maturity model. At the end of this paper, the research results and main ideas are summarized, and the future research and development in the future are expected to contribute to the future.
