With the continuous development of network applications, it is getting more and more difficult for the traditional relational database to handle applications' high-concurrency read and write, to be in support of dynamic expansion of the business data, and to deal with the interconnection between applications. Thus smooth migration from various relational data models to non-relational data model seems imperative. However, non-relational database is still in the early stages of development, some positive mechanisms of relational database, such as additional writing data, real-time data reading, etc., are not well supported in non-relational database.Based on this, combined with the practical application of the railway scene, the paper mainly focuses on the following two issues:on the one hand, how to smoothly converse and migrate the variety of relational data to non-relational distributed database, not affecting the top business applications, as far as reducing the expenditure; on the other hand, in the current study of existing non-relational databases, how to improve and refine read and write mechanisms and performance of non-relational database system.For these two issues, the paper designs and implements a set of generic framework for smooth transformation and migration from the traditional relational data model to a non-relational data model. In addition, after the coordinator mechanism and message queue mechanism are provided, the paper extends the mainstream non-relational database HBase, supporting the additional writing data and real-time data reading, as well as enhancing the non-relational database query performance. Finally, the paper builds a simple prototype system, combined with the actual application data in the railway emergency rescue system and dangerous goods'transportation in transit railway real-time monitoring system, the paper gives performance verification to the design and implementation of the framework and mechanisms.
